| My fine Capt, As I stand here on the bridge watching the stars my thoughts do find me in a very different place, how beautiful the sea was that night in the Tortuga's. The sweet ocean breeze the crash of the waves as they swept over the sand like the soft kiss from the lonely sea to her lover in the world above. I too have though of that night with fond remembrance, your azure blue eyes gazing in to mine. The scent of your Leathers as you held me so close. The strength of your arms as we lay together in the sand. My heart did soar and flutter as the ocean rose and fell again and again. Oh my dearest Capt, I too wanted more of our time together and could see myself settled to a home in the islands off Port Royal but sadly I think it only fantasy. The call of the ocean is my only home and I would be with her till death. Your beautiful words did tempt my heart and my head as well but I fear this not to be. Though you did nearly steal me away a different life I fear my days have taken a pirates path. I am being pursued by the Lord Governor for stealing a ship from the Queens fleet. I will travel south from here perhaps we will meet again perhaps not. I will remember you fondly and keep our time together in my heart always. Affectionately, Arabella |
